Emotion identification is typical task of biometrics. Biometric system history includes several generations. First generation of biometric system solved the problem of person identification by manual or visual expert analysis of human special biological characteristics, like fingerprints [1]. Second generation of biometric systems were developed in the end of XX century and solved the same problem without expert help, by auto operation of technical systems and used more biological or behavior characteristics for identification as fingerprint, hand, face, retina, signature, etc[2]. Third generation of biometric system applied for identification human behaviour and emotional state like lie detection or identification of aggressive and criminal persons. Modern security system includes combination of different methods for object protection and development of biometric passport systems was understandable reaction on terrorist attacks[3]. Biometric passport system is global realisation of second generation biometric systems and has many advantages, but it is absolutely helpless against people without criminal history. For protection from suicide terrorist it is necessary to identify minds and emotional state and this task is not fantastic for modern science.
